2017 Santa Claus Christmas Celebration Photo Round Up

Posted on December 20, 2017

The 2017 Santa Claus Christmas Celebration has officially come and gone! That means Christmas is approaching. We are definitely looking forward to celebrating the holiday with our family and friends, both human and furry, and a few sweet treats. But, we also like taking a look back at some of the amazing moments from the 2017 Christmas Celebration.

Santa Claus Christmas Celebration Photo Round Up:

Punny Parade Entry
Four Rudolphs (yes, that's actually their last name!) in an antique car made their way through Kringle Plaza during the Santa Claus Christmas Parade on December 9, 2017.
Dancer's Dash Dog
Decorated with a special Christmas collar, this pup participated in the first Dancer's Dash 5K Run and Walk at Yellig Park on December 2, 2017.
Info Elves
Each year merry volunteers help the Visitors Bureau by braving the cold and sharing information to passersby in Kringle Plaza. We affectionally refer to them as Info Elves.
Fun Face Painting
Years after the movie Frozen was released, the "Elsa" is still the most popular design during Evergreen Boutique & Christmas Shop's face painting event.
Sweet St. Nic
An excited little girl awaits her balloon from St. Nicholas at Das Nikolausfest. The two-weekend event celebrates local German and Hispanic heritages with food and festivities.
Snow in Santa Claus
Surprisingly, it doesn't snow around Christmas too often in Santa Claus, Indiana. The first snow of the season debuted on Saturday, December 9, 2017.
