Santa Claus Christmas Parade Judges Selected

The search for the “merriest of the merry” has ended. The judges for the 2021 Santa Claus Christmas Parade have been chosen!

Thank you to everyone who entered. You showed us your Christmas credentials and proved that the spirit of the season is alive and well. It was a tough job choosing from an extremely jolly field of judging hopefuls. But the decision is made, and we’re delighted to announce this year’s parade judges.

And the Judges Are…

Charlotte G. of Louisville, Kentucky and Santa Claus, Indiana – Charlotte will be joined by husband Jake and kids, Cammie, Kenny, and Mika. The family loves the parade and has attended every year since Cammie was just one year old (she’s now 8). The family also loves and supports the town—they purchased a home here in 2017!

Christy D. of Evansville, Indiana – Christy, her husband Nick, and kids Zooey and Nora are frequent visitors to Santa Claus, Indiana, during Christmas weekends, so they’re sure to know how to pick a parade winner! You’ll find the family here all summer long, too, using their season passes at Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari.

Sherry & Michael N. of Lebanon Junction, Kentucky – This Christmas-loving couple counts the Santa Claus Christmas Parade as their favorite holiday event and attends every year. They’re sure to bring the merry—Sherry worked as an elf in college and her license plate is ELFGRL, and Michael is addicted to Hallmark Christmas movies!

Congratulations to the Winners

In addition to the honor of judging the Santa Claus Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 11, 2021, each winner will also receive a Christmas Prize Pack that includes one vehicle admission to the Santa Claus Land of Lights, a $25 gift certificate to the Santa Claus Christmas Store, and a $10 gift certificate to Pumpkins & More Farm Market.

Come See the Parade

Again, we want to thank everyone who entered. Your entries were fun, touching, and inspiring, and we wish we could have selected all of you!

Whether you’re judging or not, we hope everyone will come out to enjoy the Santa Claus Christmas Parade and other festivities. Check out the 2021 Christmas Event Guide to see what’s happening throughout the area.
