Free Admission to Lincoln State Park

Posted on May 1, 2016

Today kicks off Visit Indiana Week. The Indiana Office of Tourism Development and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources kick off the week by offering free gate admission to all the state parks in Indiana on Sunday, May 1 -- TODAY! What better way to begin a week of discovering what Indiana has to offer, than by enjoying the natural beauty of the land protected by these parks? If you’re visiting Spencer County, that means you can visit Lincoln State Park on Sunday, May 1, 2016, and save the $7 - $9 gate entrance fee. So grab the family, hike a trail, and find a nice spot for a picnic lunch. Don’t forget to stop by the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Plaza, celebrating Abe’s 200th birthday.
