Living Historical Farm: Behind the Scenes

Posted on September 16, 2014

Videographer Jessica Korgie from Homestead National Historical Site visited Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial last week and the Visitors Bureau got a behind-the-scenes look. She spent her time interviewing life-long Lincoln city resident and National Park Service employee Tim Thompson.

Bob Zimmerman talks about chores from Lincoln’s days.

The appeal of this interactive family-friendly destination is obvious to Tim. “People really do love it out here,” he noted. photo_1.JPG

Don’t miss your chance to interact with the renactors; the Living Historical Farm closes for the season on September 27.
