More Than $8 Million Invested into Local Tourism

April 24, 2018 – Tourism businesses are preparing for the peak summer season in Spencer County with additions and enhancements totaling more than $8 million. “The tourism industry in Spencer County is strong and continues to improve,” says Melissa Arnold, executive director of the Spencer County Visitors Bureau. “It’s exciting to see the continued developments and enhancements focused on the visitor experience throughout the local destination.”
