Happy Birthday Abe

How do you think Mr. Lincoln would be celebrating if he were here to enjoy his birthday? We hear he loved apple pie so maybe his wife Mary would have poked the candles into a freshly baked pie for him so he could make a wish. Or would he have liked to take a walk through Lincoln State Park and Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial to enjoy the beautiful weather today? It's been said that Lincoln really liked machines and contraptions — maybe he'd enjoy the iPhone 5 and all of the new tech devices? He liked to take things apart to see how they worked and try to put them together again. Can you imagine what Lincoln would think of all the gadgets we have now?
