A bottle of wine is a go-to gift for many occasions: holiday parties, a birthday celebration, and casual dinners. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays…well…all days actually…could be considered “occasions” in my book. Everything in responsible moderation of course! And I’m certain that I’m not alone in my admiration. According to a recent survey, 31 percent of people picked wine as their drink of choice in 2014. How do you choose a bottle when you want to appease the taste buds of everyone in attendance?
