Information Experts
Posted on July 27, 2018
At the Visitors Bureau, it’s part of our jobs to be know-it-alls, about area tourist information, that is! We’re in the businesses of providing information and answering questions. You could call us information experts.
That’s why we created all of these helpful tools and resources for visitors. We want you to be know-it-alls about the area, too!
These resources will make you an information expert:
- My Trip Planner: This tool allows you to create a custom itinerary for your trip and easily share it with friends and family. While browsing our site, simply click “Add To Planner” and that attraction, restaurant, or overnight accommodation will be added to your custom itinerary. For detailed instructions on how to use the tool, check out this blog post.
- Hours of Operation: If I could only recommend one informational piece, this is it! Our area is filled with seasonal attractions that change their hours of operation month-to-month. This piece lists every attraction and dining option making it easier to plan your trip. It also provides the phone numbers and addresses as well as other helpful info, like which places offer Wi-Fi.
- Brochures and Maps: You can acquire a brochure and area map (for free!) a couple of different ways. Ahead of your visit, request information through our online form or by giving us a call at (888) 444-9252. If you’re already visiting, you can stop by our office in Kringle Place Shopping Center. Our address is 25 West Christmas Blvd, Santa Claus, IN 47579. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 202, Santa Claus, Indiana 47579. Additionally, you can download the destination brochure and area map from our website.
- Bearded Blog: If you’re reading this post, congratulations, you are already ahead of the game! The Bearded Blog is updated weekly with posts that range from maps and guides and group travel to rainy day activities and upcoming events. Sign up for our e-newsletter to get it all sent straight to your inbox!
After checking out all of these resources, you’re well on your way to becoming an information expert about the area.
If you ever have questions, you can always reach out to us by sending us a message.
